if you have restless leg syndrome, this is the product for you. Restless leg syndrome is caused by lack of magnesium in the body, - this spray is by far the better alternative to tablets. Just a couple of sprays on your legs each morning after a shower, and job done. I suffered for years before discovering this spray, now I don't get it at all.

Nothing comes close to the effectiveness of Pure Zechstein Magnesium Oil for twitchy feet. A life saver for me. My sister in New Zealand is on her feet doing long hauls as an air hostess, and was driven crazy by twitchy feet until she used it, and now sleeps like a baby!

I work as a therapeut and use this oil on my clients and they love it. My mother in law tends to get lumbago a lot witch prevents her from working in her garden. But since I gave her a bottle of this wonderful Magnesium oil she puts it on in the morning and then she can go out and work. Much better than painkillers according to her. Will buy more...
